新闻传播学博士研究生培养方案

一、学科简介

本学科点是经国务院学位委员会2018年正式批准建立的新闻传播学一级学科博士点，目前，形成了以28位博士生导师为核心的教学和科研队伍，还聘请了海内外著名高校教授、知名学者、业界专家担任兼职博士生导师，在新闻学、传播学、网络与新媒体、文化产业管理等领域有卓著的研究成果，承担和完成了多项国家、省部级和国际合作项目，并多次获得教育部、上海市及其他省部级奖。

This doctoral program of Journalism and communication was officially approved by the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council in 2018. At present, a teaching and scientific research team with 28 doctoral supervisors as its core has been formed. Famous professors, scholars and industry experts at home and abroad have also been employed as part-time doctoral supervisors. They have made outstanding achievements in journalism, communication, network and new media, cultural industry management and other fields. They have also undertaken and completed a number of national, provincial and ministerial-level and international cooperation projects, and has won awards from the Ministry of Education, Shanghai and other provinces and ministries for many times.

二、培养目标

本学科旨在培养适应国际国内需要的高层次新闻传播研究与实践、影视传播与文化产业管理的高级人才，学位获得者应具备系统、宽厚、复合、多元的知识结构，掌握并能熟练运用传播学、新闻学、影视学、公共管理学、文化创意学等学科的理论、技能和方法，敏锐地思考、发现、解决传播理论和实践、影视传播与文化产业管理理论与实践中的前沿问题、重要问题，拥有开拓意识、严密的逻辑思维能力和较强的理论创新能力。该学科方向以新闻传播学为主轴，涵盖影视艺术学、公共管理学等学科，有利于促进多学科的交融和发展。

The program aims to cultivate high-level talents for research and practice of Journalism and communication, film and television communication and cultural industry management to meet the needs of both international and domestic. The students are expected to have a systematic, generous, complex and pluralistic knowledge structure, master and skillfully use the theories, skills and methods of communication, journalism, film and television, public management, cultural creativity and other disciplines. To think, discover and solve the frontier and important problems in communication theory and practice, film and television communication and cultural industry management theory and practice, and to possess pioneering consciousness, strict logical thinking ability and strong theoretical innovation ability. The subject direction is journalism and communication science, covering film and television art, public management and other disciplines, which is conducive to promoting the integration and development of multi-disciplinary.

三、学习年限和证书

博士研究生学习年限一般为4年，最长学习期限（含休学）不超过6年。博士生在学校规定年限内，按照培养计划完成学习任务，通过学位论文答辩，准予毕业，由学校发给新闻传播学专业毕业证书。通过学位委员会审核后，可以获得文学博士学位证书。

博士生在校期间达到或超过学校规定的最长学习年限，完成培养计划规定的课程学习，成绩合格，通过资格考试，学位论文已经开题，但尚未满足毕业要求，可以申请结业，由学校颁发结业证书。结业2年内可以申请并完成博士学位论文答辩，符合毕业标准的，学校换发新闻传播专业毕业证书。通过学位委员会审核后，可以获得文学博士学位证书。

The study period is generally four years and the longest period of study (including suspension of schooling) does not exceed six years. After the students completing their study tasks according to the training plan within the prescribed years and pass the dissertation defense, graduation certificate will be issued by the university. After pass the examination of the Degree Committee, the doctoral degree certificate of literature will be issued.

Doctoral students who have completed the course study, passed the qualification examination, and completed the thesis proposal, but not yet met the graduation requirements, reached or exceeded the maximum length of study stipulated by the school, can apply for completion of course, the university will issue the certificate of completion. Within two years after completion, students can apply for the dissertation defense. If the Defense meets the graduation criteria, graduation certificate will be issued by the university. After pass the examination of the Degree Committee, the doctoral degree certificate of literature will be issued.

四. 博士课程指导小组的确定

    博士生入学后第一学年第一学期开学后一个月之内，按照双向选择的原则，在学院学位委员会指导和教务办帮助下，确定课程指导小组，并提交学院及研究生院备案。指导小组由三位教师组成，组长由具有博导资格的教师担任。博士生应在小组指导下，选修有关课程。

五. 课程学习要求

  课程主要由公共基础课和专业课模块构成。专业课模块包括：专业基础课、专业前沿课、专业选修课。专业基础课，着重于新闻传播学科的理论基础和研究手段；专业前沿课则体现新闻传播学科各个方向的研究前沿；专业选修课则是该学科不同研究领域理论和内容的拓展。

    本学科博士生所修课程总学分不少于35学分。除修读所有公共基础课和专业基础课之外，各方向博士生还应修读指定和相关的专业前沿课、专业选修课。所有课程原则上要求在2年之内修完,每个学期至多只能修14学分。

The course is mainly composed of General courses and Discipline courses modules. Discipline course modules include: discipline fundamental courses, discipline frontier courses, discipline selective courses. Discipline fundamental courses, focusing on the theoretical basis and research means of Journalism and communication disciplines; Discipline frontier courses reflect the frontier of Journalism and communication disciplines in all directions; discipline selective courses are the expansion of the theory and content of different research fields of the discipline.

Before graduation, a student must complete 35 credits. In addition to all general courses and discipline fundamental courses, doctoral students in all directions should also take discipline frontier courses and discipline selective courses. In principle, all courses are required to be completed within two years, with a maximum of 14 credits per semester.

在学业指导小组批准下,每位同学必须选修2-3学分的全英文课程（新闻传播学科内）以及2-3学分的人文/社科/理工（新闻传播学科外）课程。

With the approval of the Academic Guidance Group, each student must take a 2-3 credit course in English (in the journalism communication discipline) and a 2-3 credit in Humanities/Social Sciences/Technology (outside the Journal of Journalism) course.

六. 资格考试

资格考试是正式进入学位论文阶段前的一次学科综合性考试，旨在检验候选人是否具备坚实的传播学基础知识与理论，牢固地掌握现代传播学研究方法，并且具有创新能力和独立开展科学研究的素质。具体来说，资格考试采取匿名评卷的形式。每年举行一次。时间为第二学年第二学期的六月举行，教学办公室会提前一个月通知。如资格笔试没有通过，可在第四、五、六学年同期补考（共三次补考机会）。如果在第六学年同期还未通过，按退学处理。具体来说，资格笔试为闭卷考试，包括三科目,即基础理论、研究方法、研究领域；每门科目考试时间为3小时。

七、博士论文指导小组的确定

博士生通过资格考试以后，先后进入学位论文开题报告和论文写作阶段。按照双向选择的原则，在学院学位委员会指导和教务办帮助下，确定博士论文指导小组，并提交学院及研究生院备案。指导小组由三位教师组成，组长由具有博导资格的教师担任。博士生应在小组指导下，确定毕业论文具体课题，独立从事科学研究，取得创造性成果。论文指导小组（含组长）和学业指导小组（含组长）无需相同，可以是同一组（人），也可以不是，按双向选择原则进行，确保充分尊重相关老师和博士生的意见。博士论文指导小组一般在第三学年第一学期的九月份完成组建。

八. 开题报告

         在资格考试通过以后，博士生方可进入开题报告阶段。开题报告以考察学生的独立研究能力为目的。博士生独立查阅文献资料，深入调查研究，确定具体课题，并尽早完成开题报告。开题报告应包含文献综述、论文选题意义、主要研究内容、工作特色及难点、预期成果及可能的创新点等。开题报告由本学科有关教师组成的考核小组评审。评审通过的开题报告以书面形式提交院教学办公室备案。博士生一般应在第三学年第一学期的十一月份完成并通过开题报告。自开题报告通过至申请答辩的时间一般不少于一年。只有在开题报告通过之后，才可进入毕业论文写作阶段。

九、学术论文要求

质量要求：申请学位论文预答辩之前，公开发表（或录用）至少2篇与学位论文相关的学术论文, 同时满足至少2个论文积分的要求。

n  计分标准：发表1篇前10%的SSCI、A&HCI计2分；发表1篇SSCI（非前10%）、CSSCI、TSSCI论文计1分；发表1篇非SSCI、A&HCI同行评议英文期刊论文、一流国际会议论文（包括ICA、NCA、AEJMC）计0.5分；其他科研成果发表均不计入积分；论文发表不得重复计算。

n  发表认定：学术论文必须在就读博士期间，以上海交通大学博士生身份为第一单位公开发表（或录用）于院学位委员会认定的刊物。学位申请人为独立作者或第一作者发表的论文以1篇计；通讯作者按1篇计（仅适用英文论文发表）其他类型作者不计。

 Quality Requirements: Before applying for dissertation pre-defense, at least two academic papers related to the dissertation must be published (or accepted), and the publication must meet the requirement of at least two paper points.

Criteria for scoring: 2 points for  top 10% SSCI 、A&HCI papers; 1point for SSCI, CSSCI, TSSCI (non-top 10%) papers; 0.5 point for non-SSCI, non-A&HCI peer-reviewed English Journal papers, first-class international conference papers (including ICA, NCA, AEJMC); other scientific research results are not scored for publication; scores shall not be recalculated.

Publication Confirmation: Academic papers must be publicly published (or accepted) by the Academic Degree Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as the first unit during the study period. The number of papers published by degree applicants as independent authors or first authors count as 1 paper; the number of correspondents (only English papers) count as 1 paper, other types of authors will not count.

十. 学位论文要求

博士学位论文是博士生培养质量和学术水平的集中反映，应在论文指导小组下由博士生独立完成。博士学位论文应是系统完整的学术论文，应在学术上做出创造性的研究成果，应能反映出博士生已经掌握了坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识，具备了独立从事研究的能力。

博士学位论文需要首先通过预答辩。预答辩必须在正式申请答辩前三个月或更早时间进行，需要邀请五位相关领域教师对论文的主要成果和创新性等进行评议，广泛听取意见。

博士生在预答辩通过后，在研究生院规定的送审时间内，向研究生院提交论文进行匿名评审。论文要求不包含导师（论文指导小组组长）及博士生姓名，不包含致谢和个人简历。隐名评审论文送完后，送公开评审专家。评审意见返回并通过后，方可申请正式答辩。

The doctoral dissertation is a concentrated reflection of the quality and academic level of doctoral students. It should be completed independently by doctoral students under the guidance group. The doctoral dissertation should be a systematic and complete academic paper. It should be creative in academic research. It should reflect that the doctoral students have mastered a solid and broad basic theory and systematic in-depth expertise, and have the ability to independently engage in research. .

The students have to first pass the pre-defense. The pre-defense must be conducted three months or earlier before the application for the formal defense. Five relevant teachers are invited to comment on the main achievements and innovations of the paper, and listen to opinions widely.

After pass the pre-defense, the doctoral students should submit the dissertation to the graduate school for anonymous review before the deadline specified by the graduate school. The dissertation does not include the name of the supervisor (the leader of the dissertation) and the name of the doctoral student. It does not include acknowledgement and resume. After the anonymous review dissertations have been submitted, the dissertation for public review should also be sent. After the review comments are returned and passed, students can apply for a formal defense.
